Bacon BBQ Chicken Wraps with Chipotle Ranch
These folded wraps combine BBQ chicken, caramelized onions, greek yogurt, crispy bacon, mozarella cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing for a bursting punch of flavor with every bite!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- For easy shredded chicken: heat skillet with olive oil and place chicken with seasoning on the skillet for 5 minutes
- Flip the chicken and add 3/4 cup chicken bone broth. Cover and cook 7-8 minutes
- Place in stand mixer and turn on low for roughly 15 seconds until shredded
- Toss with BBQ sauce
- Cook bacon to desired level of crisp- I did this on a skillet roughly 4 minutes per side
- Make caramelized onions
- Thinly slice your onion, and place in preheated skillet with olive oil
- Cook over low-med heat roughly 15 minutes, stirring regularly
- Once soft, add tamari and stir to coat
- Slice your tortillas into 4, leaving about 1/2 inch in the center
- As photo'd, add cheese to 1/4, bacon to 1/4, bbq chicken to 1/4, and greek yogurt and caramelized onions to the other quarter
- Place on hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side to crisp up
- Serve with chipotle ranch and enjoy!
Notes
You may have leftover chicken and onion depending on the size of your tortilla. Store in an airtight container in the fridge to use for the next batch! Feel free to prep this with 1 full pound of chicken, bacon, and 1 whole onion. That way, you'll have all your ingredients you need to throw on a tortilla in a jiff the next day
