same cozy, one-pan, weeknight energy, but my version is high-protein, high-fiber, & is packed with nourishment!

i love using kaizen noodles for a serious protein + fiber boost, plus piling in tons of veggies, beef, bacon, & cheese. oh & that creamy cheese sauce? - boosted with maizly's high fiber corn milk for the ultimate creamy fiber boost!

all the classic hamburger helper cheeseburger flavor, none of the mystery packet.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a large skillet, fry up bacon.
  2. once bacon is crisp, remove from skillet & add pepper, onions, & mushrooms to grease to saute.
  3. remove from skillet, then add ground beef & brown.
  4. once beef is cooked through, add bacon & veggies back in, along with remaining skillet ingredients.
  5. bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  6. in a food processor, add all cheese sauce ingredients.
  7. stir in the cheese sauce + sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  8. cover & cook until cheese is melted.
  9. serve with your favorite burger toppings - pickles, bacon, extra cheese, etc.
