- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Blueberries, or frozen fruit of choice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour, mixed in 1-2 T water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
Process
