Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad
You all know how much I love chicken salads and this Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad is my 14th (?) recipe so you can’t possibly ever get bored! The flavors in this salad remind me of dipping chicken tenders in ranch dressing but getting the extra bonus of crunch and flavor of bacon! Who doesn't love bacon? I know you are going to love this new recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Skinless Chicken Breast, roasted and cubed or shredded
- 5 pieces5 pieces5 pieces Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Celery, diced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Onion, diced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Primal Palate Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt, if your bacon is on the salty side don’t add more
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, onion parsley and toss
- In a small bowl combine mayo, ranch seasoning, salt and pepper and stir well
- Add mayo mix to chicken and mix well to combine
- Using a rubber spatula fold in bacon
