sardines are usually one of those foods you love or hate. i do love the taste of them, but I also love their nutrient density (omega 3s, protein, selenium, vitamin B12, calcium, & so much more!) if you have never tried them before, this combination of flavors is out of this world & definitely worth a try!

  1. in a skillet, add sardines, seasoning, & balsamic vinegar; cook for 3-5 minute to let caramelize.
  2. warm the cauliflower crust, then mash on cottage cheese.
  3. place blackberries, balsamic glazed sardines, & parmesan on top.
  4. pan fry or microwave to melt parmesan cheese.
  5. garnish with pistachios, mint, & red pepper flakes.
