Balsamic Grilled Chicken Thighs
These chicken thighs are marinated overnight and grilled. They are easy and flavorful, and perfect for meal prep. Not to mention they are Whole30 and Paleo compatible.

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 cloves6 cloves6 cloves Garlic, minced
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion powder, coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon sea salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, cover the container, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- After the chicken has marinated, remove it from the liquid and sprinkle the thighs with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
- Grill the chicken until it's fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Enjoy with grilled vegetables or use for meal prep.
