Balsamic Roasted Beets
These Balsamic Roasted Red Beets are made with only 5 ingredients! These beets will go amazing with your Easter ham! My family loves these! We make them every year. I highly recommend using gloves while peeling to prevent staining of your hands. Beets are so healthy and taste amazing too. Beets come out perfectly tender and sweet. They are considered a super food because of the amazing amount of nutrients packed in each little beet!

- Using gloves to protect your skin from getting dyed red, peel your beets. Quarter them into equal sizes to ensure evenly cooking. Toss your beets in olive oil and spread out on parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. While baking, prepare your glaze. I mix 1 Tbsp of Balsamic with 1 Tbsp of Honey and mix. At 30 minutes, drizzle beets and place back in oven for additional 10 minutes or until desired softness. Serve warm & Enjoy!
