  1. Let the goat cheese sit out for 30 minutes to warm up slightly so it has more flavour after being refrigerated.
  2. Place goat cheese on a nice plate that you’d serve cheese or appetizers on.
  3. Cover with red peppers.
  4. Drizzle on oil and vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs and salt + pepper.
  6. Serve with crackers of your choice or thinly sliced baguette!
