Blender Beet Sheet Pan Pancakes
These beet sheet pan pancakes are for beet lovers and non lovers alike because you can’t taste the beets and are just blessed with some fluffy pancakes to enjoy. These also are a fun Valentine's Day breakfast idea!
I love this sheet pan version because it’s hands off and you can make it into fun shapes (like I did for Valentines Day with the hearts)!
This is also no waste because you just eat the scraps that didn’t make it into hearts (they get cut up anyway amiright).

- Blend everything in a blender.
- Pour on a small parchment lined baking sheet (it will be thick, it’s easiest to use a rubber spatula to get everything out) and spread evenly. I used a 9x12 baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 15 min and cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.
