BLT pasta salad with a light creamy dressing and spinach.
Ingredients

- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Cherry Tomato, halved and sliced
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Red Onion, sliced
- 1/21/21/2 Avocado, sliced
- 5 pieces5 pieces5 pieces Bacon, thick cut, crumbled
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Raw Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package While the pasta is cooking, mix the mayo, plain yogurt, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Once the pasta is drained and cooled, transfer it to a large bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Toss the ingredients together. Then pour the dressing in and toss until combined. This is best served immediately.
