This blueberry iced latte is the perfect, refreshing drink to joy during the end of the summer season! The blueberry syrup mixed with the coffee adds such a perfect, fruity flavour to the coffee and tastes incredible! It's easy to make and such a fun way to switch up your regular iced coffee.

  1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch together on medium heat. Stir all ingredients together until berries begin to burst and turn into a jam consistency. If it becomes too thick, you can add a splash of water or maple syrup. Remove from the heat once berries have turned into jam.
  2. Take a glass and add in the blueberry jam.
  3. Add ice cubes, almond milk, coffee creamer, and Melitta French Roast Ground coffee. Stir with a straw and enjoy!
