blueberry muffin vibes… but in a crunchy, protein-packed, fiber-rich, sugar-free granola form. 🫐

there is SO much goodness going on in this one — nuts + seeds, freeze-dried blueberries, crumbled BTR nation cinnamon cashew crunch protein + superfood bars, brown butter, smash food's superfood blueberry jam, & further food's vanilla collagen all baked into chunky clusters.

it literally smells like a bakery-style blueberry muffin, but in a crunchy salty-sweet, nutrient dense, upgraded snack!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 300.
  2. in a bowl, combine all dry ingredients
  3. to a saucepan, add butter & melt over medium heat.
  4. stir butter occasionally & cook for an additional 8-10 minutes to brown.
  5. stir in remaining wet ingredients; mixing until everything is dissolved.
  6. remove from heat, then add vanilla extract & maple extract.
  7. using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  8. add granola to a half-sheet baking sheet.
  9. bake for 10 minutes, then take it out and mix thoroughly.
  10. press down mixture very firmly, then bake for an additional 18-20 minutes.
  11. once the granola is done baking, press firmly again. allow it to cool completely.
  12. I then transfer the granola to the freezer for ~1-2 hours before breaking into clusters; store in the freezer.
