- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Onion, finely diced
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Garlic, finely chopped fresh
- .333.333.333 Chicken Bone Broth, (Bonafide Provisions Organic Chicken Broth)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Basil
- Garlic, dried, to taste
- Sea Salt, (Celtic Sea Salt) to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- dried Oregano, to taste
- 3 sprigs3 sprigs3 sprigs fresh Basil, minced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Sauté onion, fresh garlic, dry basil and dry oregano in olive oil on high heat until translucent and the garlic starts to brown on the edges.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper additional garlic and simmer over low heat with the lid partially covered to allow steam to escape for approximately 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add fresh basil during the final minutes of cooking.
