Bone Broth Latte
Collagen + turmeric + ghee – oh my! We literally cannot think of how we could pack more nutrients into this anti-inflammatory, bone-building, caffeine-free latte.
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Chicken Bone Broth, (Bonafide Organic Chicken or Beef Bone Broth)
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee
- Lemon, one squeeze for juice
- Sea Salt, to taste
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat all ingredients on stove then add to a high-speed blender and blend until frothy.
