Brain Powering Popsicles
If your kids love something sweet but you also want to make it extra nutritious, then you must try these popsicles! They are brain boosting and packed with all kinds of kinds nutrients to satisfy them. It’s sweet, but these are sweetened with dates and there are no added sugar in these popsicles. They’re perfect!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Medjool Dates
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients.
- Pour into a popsicle mold and place in the freezer. Let it harden for 3-4 hours and let them enjoy!
