Brown Butter Skillet Cookie
Who doesn't love a gigantic cookie skillet? This brown butter version paired with white chocolate chips is the star of your next dinner party. Butter, moist, and insanely decadent, this cookie skillet is the dessert of your dreams. Pair with ice cream and life is wonderful.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 222 Eggs, room temp
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Unsalted Butter, browned and cooled
- 100 gram100 gram100 gram Cane Sugar
- 100 gram100 gram100 gram Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups White Baking Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl or in a stand mixer, cream the brown butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, and the vanilla. Mix again to combine.
- Pour in flour, baking soda, and pinch of salt. Mix again until the flour is completely incorporated.
- To the batter, pour in the chocolate chips and fold in with a spatula.
- Pour the cookie batter in a slightly greased cast iron skillet. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, or both?
