- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
- 25 oz25 oz25 oz Burgundy Wine Sauce - Yo Mama's Foods, 1 jar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Orzo Pasta
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Spinach
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper, garnish

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium pot on medium heat, add in 1 tbsp olive oil and sweet onion. Cook until the onion becomes transparent
- Add in the carrots, celery, salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Cover and let cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Burgundy sauce, heavy cream and water. Mix thoroughly
- Add in orzo and let cook for 8 minutes until orzo is fully cooked through, stirring occasionally
- Add in fresh spinach and mix into the soup
- Let soup cook for an additional 2 minutes
- Pour soup into a soup bowl and garnish with additional black pepper
- Serve and enjoy!
