pizza chicken

  1. prepare tomato sauce by adding all ingredients to a sauce pan; simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  2. in a separate bowl, add chicken, salt, & pepper.
  3. heat a large skillet with a little fat of choice, then add chicken & cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. add ~½ tomato sauce top of chicken & simmer for 8-10 minutes or chicken is cooked.

caesar salad

  1. toss chopped romaine with homemade caesar dressing; refrigerate until ready to assemble.

building nachos

  1. to a plate or bowl, layer: pita crackers → caesar salad + parmesan → pizza chicken → pepperoni, pepperoni parm crisps, peperoncini, olives, & red pepper flakes.
