These cookies are sugar cookie based but they have white chocolate peppermint chips and pretzels in them. They are the perfect Christmas cookie!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixer, combine eggs, sugar and butter together. Cream. Add in all other ingredients except white chocolate peppermint chips and pretzels. Mix until the cookie dough forms. Fold in the white chocolate and broken pretzel pieces.
  3. Roll into cookie dough balls. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

If you can’t grab white chocolate peppermint chips, use regular white chocolates and break up a candy cane into pieces.
