- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Browning (Grace), optional

- In a wide frying pan, heat oil then add onions. Stir
- Sweat onions until translucent for 10 minutes. Keep stirring occasionally to avoid burning and allow an even color while cooking.

Any kind of onion is good but sweet onions bring out a sweeter flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
