  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix 2 tbsp ketchup plus 1 tbsp balsamic, set aside
  4. Melt ghee, add onions & cook till browning
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl & mix well
  6. Shape into mini loaves & place on pan
  7. Spoon ketchup mixture over each loaf
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes
