Carolina Pulled Pork Nachos
These Carolina pulled pork nachos are a southern bbq twist on your typical nachos.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Pork Shoulder, shredded (pulled pork)
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Mustard BBQ Sauce (Noble Made)
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Grain Free Tortilla Chips - Siete Foods
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cabbage, Coleslaw Mix
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Jalapeño, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium mixing bowl, add: coleslaw mix, apple cider vinegar, mayo, honey and pickled jalapenos. Toss together until fully combined.
- Preheat your oven to broil. Add one bag of grain free chips evenly on sheet pan and spread pulled pork on top of chips. Drizzle evenly with Noble Made Mustard BBQ Sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes to warm up.
- Top with spicy slaw and additional pickled jalapenos for garnish.
