Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix spice in a small bowl
  2. Rub spice all over pork pieces
  3. Pour jar of sauce and broth into instapot
  4. Place onions in pot
  5. Lay pork pieces in a single layer if possible
  6. Set instapot to high and cook one hour
  7. Natural release for 25-30 minutes
  8. Remove pork pieces and shred
  9. Add back to pot and mix with juice
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

If you like your pulled pork crispy you can move to a sheet pan and roast in a preheated 400 degrees for 10 minutes or till desired crispness is achieved
