Carrot Cake Protein ‘Blizzard’
I love carrot cake flavored everything and this protein treat is no exception! Cold, creamy, spiced with cinnamon, and packed with fresh shredded carrots- this is sure to be your new favorite 3p snack too!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cottage Cheese, or one single serve container
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Carrots, grated
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Medjool Dates, pitted & soaked in hot water for 10 mins, then drained
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, more to taste
