Cauliflower Broccoli Salad
Summer is salads and this crunchy flavorful salad is a little twist on traditional lettuce based salads. On weekdays I sometimes even just eat this for lunch. It is filling, nutritious, and the bacon and basil just take it to a yummy level. Enjoy
Ingredients

- 1 head1 head1 head Broccoli, cut into small florets
- 111 Green Onion (Scallion), thinly sliced
- .25.25.25 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 6 pieces6 pieces6 pieces Basil, Fresh, sliced

- Cook the bacon, let it drain. Then chop it up small.
- In a medium bowl add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add bacon and stir a few times.
Notes
You can add avocado chunks which is delicious as well. If you want it creamier add 1/4 cup more mayo.
