Cauliflower EBTB Bagels
If you love everything bagels but want to fit in more veggies and fiber these are for you! Everything Bagels are made with jsut a few simple ingredients including cauliflower rice, almond flour, coconut flour, and eggs.
Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Cauliflower Rice (click for recipe)
- 222 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp Everything but the Elote Seasoning - Trader Joe's

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Chop the head of cauliflower into palm sized pieces and add them to a food processor.
- Pulse the cauliflower until it is the size of grains of rice.
- Once all the cauliflower is pulsed place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the two eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast.
- Stir well until everything is well combined.
- Now fill a donut pan with the cauliflower mixture. You can also form the bagels by hand by scooping up a large portion of the mixture forming it into a patty and poking a hole through the middle with your finger.
- Once all the cauliflower mixture is formed into bagels shake the seasoning on top and press lightly with a spoon so the seasoning sticks well.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
