Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Bring the 8 ounces of water to a boil and steep the two tea bags in the water for five minutes. This gives you an extra-strong tea.
  2. While the tea is steeping, gently heat the milk and add the honey, vanilla extract, and NuVita CBN (optional, see notes). With a handheld frother, gently froth the milk until foamy. If you do not have a handheld frother, combine all the ingredients into a blender, including the strongly brewed tea, and blend on low until frothy.
  3. If you used a handheld frother, remove the tea bags from the water and discard them. Gently pour the frothed milk into the cup with the tea, give it a stir and enjoy!


You can add 0.25. mL - 1mL NuVita CBN (optional)
