Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Silken Tofu, block, silken
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Lemon Plant-Based Protein - Core Perform, or vanilla protein
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Organic Coconut Yogurt, Plain - Cocojune
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional, for more sweetness
