Ginger Garlic Pork Stir Fry with Green Beans

Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ginger Root, grated

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey

- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, garnish

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add green beans and bell pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over the pork and vegetables. Toss until everything is coated and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
