  1. Blend the cottage cheese and protein powder together until smooth (I used an immersion blender).
  2. Layer a jar with the chocolate mixture, slivered almonds, repeat, and top with melted chocolate.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 20 min to harden the chocolate, or overnight to enjoy the next day.
