Chocolate Cheesecake Baked Oatmeal

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, dairy free or regular
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Water
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pascha Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk)

- Mix everything together in a large bowl until combined.
- Pour in a greased 13x8 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 min.
- It will firm as it cools. Cut into 6 squares and enjoy!
