Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Balls
If you’ve ever seen these Simply Fuel protein balls at Costco and wanted to try, have no fear - I have made a healthier version that is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD. They use a whey protein, so I used one as well. I've made this with this protein powder from Just Ingredients (JOYFUL for a discount) or this one from Peachie Spoon (JOYFUL12 for a disount). Both are great.
This makes for a great snack prep for the week, and can’t be easier to put together.
