Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Balls (Edit recipe)

If you’ve ever seen these Simply Fuel protein balls at Costco and wanted to try, have no fear - I have made a healthier version that is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD. They use a whey protein, so I used one of my favorite whey protein powders, Flavcity, but you can also use a plant based one (I love Nuzest and you can save $ with code: SAGEANDCELERY).

This makes for a great snack prep for the week, and can’t be easier to put together.

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Take a spoon and scoop about 1-2 TBS of the mixture into your hand and roll into a ball.
  3. Store in the fridge.
