Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cups
Taking the classic chocolate + peanut butter to a new level with these chocolate peanut butter oat cups! These are easy, no-bake, vegan, gluten-free, and only 6 ingredients! They are the most delicious healthy snack or dessert. With a chewy oat base, creamy peanut butter in the middle, and rich dark chocolate on top, finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these oat cups are truly a dream. Just pop one out of the freezer when you need a little sweet treat! I seriously can’t get enough.
Ingredients
For the Oat Layer
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Rolled Oats
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
For the Peanut Butter Layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
For the Chocolate Topping
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter, for drizzling on top
- 3 pinch3 pinch3 pinch Sea Salt, flakes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To make the oat layer, stir together oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt until well combined.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners, or use a silicone muffin tray. Divide oat mixture into eight muffin cups and press down.
- To make the peanut butter layer, stir together peanut butter and maple syrup. Spread on top of oat layer.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until smooth. Pour melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
- Drizzle more peanut butter on top and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Freeze for 3-4 hours to firm up and hold their shape. Best stored in freezer. Let defrost for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
