Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. To make the oat layer, stir together oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt until well combined.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners, or use a silicone muffin tray. Divide oat mixture into eight muffin cups and press down.
  3. To make the peanut butter layer, stir together peanut butter and maple syrup. Spread on top of oat layer.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until smooth. Pour melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
  5. Drizzle more peanut butter on top and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Freeze for 3-4 hours to firm up and hold their shape. Best stored in freezer. Let defrost for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
