Chocolate Raspberry Frozen Mousse Cups (higher protein)
These simple frozen mousse cups are made with wholesome ingredients for a tasty but healthy high protein treat! See notes for vegan option.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Raspberries, Organic
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mash raspberries in a bowl. Add a spoonful to the bottom of 6 silicone muffin mold or 6 lined muffin tin.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt, almond butter, cocoa powder, protein powder and maple syrup. Taste and add more maple syrup, as needed, for sweetness.
- Top raspberries with a heaping scoop of yogurt mixture.
- Freeze cups for one hour.
- Melt chocolate and dip each mousse cup into chocolate.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes or until chocolate is hard.
Notes
To make these mousse cups vegan, use dairy-free yogurt, vegan protein powder and dairy-free chocolate chips!
