Process

  1. Combine all your base ingredients into a container.
  2. Mash your raspberries in a separate bowl (add sweetener if you would like). Spread over the weetbix base.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the raspberry layer.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and water (be careful not to add too much liquid, so that it is a ganache like consistency).
  5. Spread this over the yoghurt layer.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
