Ingredients
Base
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Whole Milk, or a plant based alternative
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maple Syrup, Pure, optional
Raspberry Layer
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maple Syrup, Pure, optional
Yoghurt Layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Chocolate Ganache
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Maple Syrup, Pure, optional
Toppings
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Raspberries, Organic
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dark Chocolate, shaved

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all your base ingredients into a container.
- Mash your raspberries in a separate bowl (add sweetener if you would like). Spread over the weetbix base.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over the raspberry layer.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and water (be careful not to add too much liquid, so that it is a ganache like consistency).
- Spread this over the yoghurt layer.
- Top with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
