Christmas Superfood Freeze Pops
These pops are full with fruits, veggies, electrolytes, and vitamins! They're a great comfort treat for sick kiddos too, since they're loaded with all of the above!

Banana kiwi
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Or mango or orange
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Kiwi
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baby Kale
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Water
Pina Colado
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk, Full fat, shaken, with the cream
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp unsweetened Coconut Flakes
