Cinnamon Cookie Shake
This smoothie is the perfect replacement for those who are needing something else for breakfast that still has a ton of nutrients. If you are a breastfeeding mom, this smoothie is the ultimate milk increaser and it taste delicious! Oats, chia seeds and almond butter are three really great foods to incorporate into your daily food as they help increase breast milk! Plus, they are great nutrients for both you and baby! I used the Arbonne Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder, but you can use any protein powder of your choice! If you are having to cut out dairy and gluten, this shake is perfect because it is both gluten and dairy free! I hope you enjoy it! It has been a game changer for me.
