Nighttime Almond Joy
This nighttime smoothie will help promote a better nights rest for your baby. It has natural vitamins and minerals that allow for the body to relax, healthy fats to keep their blood sugar stable and its filling the body with nourishment. This is a great one!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Almonds, Or 1 tbsp of Almond Butter
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Hemp Hearts
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water

- In a blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend until the smoothie becomes creamy. Let them enjoy!
