This nighttime smoothie will help promote a better nights rest for your baby. It has natural vitamins and minerals that allow for the body to relax, healthy fats to keep their blood sugar stable and its filling the body with nourishment. This is a great one!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 oz Almonds, Or 1 tbsp of Almond Butter
  • 2 tsp Hemp Hearts
  • 3 - 4 fl oz Water

Process

  1. In a blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend until the smoothie becomes creamy. Let them enjoy!

Notes

Almonds have natural magnesium in them, which helps the body relax at night. They are also a healthy fat that helps promote brain function and heart health. Bananas have a small amount of natural melatonin in them, which can help promote a better nights rest. Hemp seeds are a great source of iron and have essential fatty acids in them, which is crucial for baby development. They also contain magnesium, which helps the body relax!
