giddy up, cowboy… 🤠🍔🥓 burger night is getting a wild west makeover + a little deconstruction. basically a burger + fries situation got thrown into a bowl, put on a cowboy hat, & somehow got even better. 🤠✨ juicy. cheesy. smoky. tangy. crunchy. & SO easy to throw together.

Process

  1. in a skillet, add ground beef & cook until done.
  2. add in remaining “deconstructed burger” ingredients & simmer for 8-10 minutes while gathering remaining ingredients.
  3. in a bowl, combine all ingredients for cowboy bbq sauce.
  4. to build bowl, start with greens of choice → deconstructed burger → cheese → bacon → “fried onion rings” (aka the onion chips) → any other burger toppings you like → any type of potato (roasted, chips, fries, etc.) → finish with a drizzle of cowboy bbq sauce.
