california roll avocado toast
if you’re a fan of california rolls… this avocado toast is for you! 🥑🍣✨
sushi at home can feel a little intimidating, so this is the easy, just-as-satisfying version. the avocado portion is infused with wasabi (a sushi necessity) + cottage cheese (for that cream cheese-esque texture), then making a spicy “mayo” with good ole greek yogurt + my favorite primal kitchen buffalo sauce. toss that with REAL lump crab meat (no imitation here 👀), & boom — you’ve got magic.
gluten-free, protein-packed, & bringing serious sushi flavor flav to your lunch time toast. ✨
