Coconut Fizz Mocktail
Sometimes when it’s cold outside I like to take myself to a warm, tropical destination by having some kind of fun beverage that makes me feel like I’m on the beach. This drink does not have any alcohol in it as-is, but if you’re feelin’ frisky, it would be fantastic with some vodka or gin.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- Coconut LaCroix Sparkling Water
- Lime, wedges
- Ice Cubes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add 3 TB coconut milk.
- Top off with the Coconut LaCroix.
- Squeeze a wedge or two of fresh lime juice into the drink.
- Stir well until everything is combined.
- Sip away!!
Notes
If you don’t have Coconut LaCroix on hand, feel free to use plain sparkling water. It won’t be as coconut-forward, but it’ll still be refreshing and delicious! // Recipe is for one serving so you can double or triple as needed. The LaCroix does lose its carbonation, so I would not recommend making in advance.
