Coleslaw with Avocado (Lime Crema)
This Avocado Lime Crema Coleslaw is Whole30 and dairy free and such a flavorful slaw for adding to shrimp tacos! Of course it is perfect along side anything grilled like a juicy burger, chicken or steak! The burst of lime adds a perfect tang that works well with the creaminess of the avocado. - 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, a large one
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lime, juiced, 2 small limes
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, diced small
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
