Coleslaw with Avocado (Lime Crema)
This Avocado Lime Crema Coleslaw is Whole30 and dairy free and such a flavorful slaw for adding to shrimp tacos! Of course it is perfect along side anything grilled like a juicy burger, chicken or steak! The burst of lime adds a perfect tang that works well with the creaminess of the avocado. If you love a creamy slaw this is the recipe for you!
Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Carrots, a large carrot shredded
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, a large one
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lime, juiced, 2 small limes
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, diced small
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots and diced onion to a large bowl
- In a small bowl immersion blend the mayonnaise, avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper till smooth
- Add mayo mixture to coleslaw and mix well
- Enjoy!
