Cookies & Cream Fudge (No-Bake & Microwavable)

Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups White Baking Chips
- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 20 pieces20 pieces20 pieces Original Oreo, chopped into small pieces
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add your white chocolate chips and melt for 20 seconds
- Remove from microwave, stir and add in your whole can of sweetened condensed milk
- Melt in the microwave again for another 20 seconds, stir
- Repeat until smooth
- Add your crushed Oreos to the bowl, and mix well (be sure to reserve approx 5 cookies for topping)
- Line a 9x9 baking sheet with either wax or parchment paper
- Add mixture to the baking sheet, and set aside to cool
- Once cooled down, cover it with plastic wrap and pop it into the fridge
- After 2hrs of chilling in the fridge, remove from the baking sheet and cut into 1-inch square pieces.
- ENJOY!
Notes
You can make this ahead of time as they are good in the fridge, covered, for 3 weeks! You'll get over 30 pieces of fudge if you cut them into 1-inch cubes.
