Easy Greek Nacho Platter (Edit recipe)

We love a super easy patter platter, especially when it's Greek-styled! 💙 Introducing my super easy Greek nacho platter. Made with things you probably already have in your fridge and pantry. This platter is so colourful and tasty - it's sure to impress your friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red Onion, diced into small pieces
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced into small pieces (you can use cherry tomatoes too!)
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced into small pieces
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata Olives, (I used Zoë Olive Oil)
  • 3 Tbsp Chives, (dried or fresh, for garnish)
  • 5 Tbsp Pre-Made Tzatziki, (I used Arhavo brand)
  • Homemade Pita Chips

    • 6 whole Pita, Cut into triangles. (You can also use naan bread or and crackers/chips to dip)
    • 5 Tbsp Greek Seasoning Blend, (I used seasoning pack from the Zoë Olive Oil Greek Spice Rub Kit)
    • 5 Tbsp Greek Seasoning Blend, (I used olive oil from the Zoë Olive Oil Greek Spice Rub Kit kit)
    • 1 tsp Salt, (to taste)
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper, (to taste)

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Wash and dry all of your produce, set aside
  2. In a bowl, mix together your olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning pack mix (Greek Spice Rub Kit)
  3. Cut your pita bread into even triangles and lay them out on a tray covered in parchment paper
  4. Brush the seasoning mix onto the front and back side of each triangle
  5. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until they turn golden brown (approx 12-15min)
  6. Set aside to cool
  7. Chop all your produce into tiny cubes
  8. Assemble a serving platter with equal parts cucumber, tomato, feta, and red onion (leave space for your tzatziki sauce in the middle and pita chips around)
  9. Garnish with your kalamon olives and chives
  10. Dip in and enjoy!

Notes

Sprinkle with oregano if you're feeling fancy! Also, if you don't have a Greek Rub Kit you can still make this recipe. Season with your heart. Oregano, Salt, Pepper, garlic powder and some dried
