- 0.5 - 1 cup0.5 - 1 cup0.5 - 1 cup Freeze-Dried Cherry Tomatoes - CITREVE, rehydrated OR sub cherry tomatoes

- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cotija Cheese, or queso fresco
dressing
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Jalapeño Botana Sauce - Siete Foods, optional
