Cranberry Bread
This cranberry bread took 3 times to perfect the texture but the end result was worth it. This is higher in protein and lower in carbs, while still having an amazingly sweet and tangy bite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (Nuzest)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup fresh Cranberries
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Almond Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
