Dairy-Free Cheeseburger Pasta
Who else needs weeknight meals to be so easy, but fueling, filling, and tasty? We do! And we need them to be dairy-free. Sometimes that is so hard, but this dairy-free cheeseburger pasta is packed with the highest quality ground beef thanks to US Wellness Meats and an amazing dairy-free cheddar! Packed with flavors thanks to extra veggies and seasonings, this weeknight dinner is sure to please your whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Rotini, cooked in pot and drained in strainer

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef - US Wellness Meats

- 14 oz14 oz14 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Bell Pepper
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Hot Banana Peppers, fresh and sliced (or do jalapeno for more spice like me!)
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Vegan Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning - Spice Islands
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Beef Broth

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large pot, add your US Wellness Meats ground beef and brown on medium heat.
- Once browned, slice all your veggies and add in the veggies, can of diced tomatoes, pasta, and cheese.
- Stir together, then add your worcestershire sauce and spice mix. Stir again.
- Add in your beef broth, stir everything together and then let simmer until cheese has melted and all the flavors come together nice and smooth and creamy!
