This incredibly easy grain-free brownie skillet is made without any grains or gluten and can easily be made dairy-free and vegan with a simple swap of chocolate! It's rich & fudge - the perfect vanilla ice cream companion!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 6inch skillet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  4. Add milk, almond butter and maple syrup.
  5. Stir in chopped chocolate.
  6. Press batter into skillet
  7. Bake for 18 minutes.
  8. Top with ice cream & inhale!

Make this brownie vegan by using dairy-free chocolate!
