Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners and set aside.
  3. In a food processor or blender, add your avocado, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla and pulse until combined.
  4. Add in chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda, and all purpose flour and pulse until well combined. Scrape down the sides with a silicone spatula to ensure no flour remains.
  5. Fold in your chocolate chips with a spatula and mix well.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scooper, scoop muffin batter and fill the tray. Fill about 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

How to store: Place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for one week.
