Dragon fruit “Pitaya” Nice Cream (Paleo)
I love dragon fruit season! The fruit is classic tropical and the color is gorgeous. Your visual senses will appreciate this amazing fruit. Nice cream is such an awesome invention. Since my first job as a soda jerk in high school I have always loved ice cream. But, obviously traditional ice cream is loaded with dairy and sugar, and God only knows what else. Nice cream is a cleaner version that offers your body natural sweetness along side some wonderful nutrients. To make this vegan just use your favorite plant based yogurt.
